Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in brand new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, materials, and accessories must be included
  • Packaging must be undamaged and complete

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Closeout sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply if:

  • The return is requested outside of the 30-day window
  • The item is returned with damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging/materials

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  2. Once approved, securely package your item according to the requirements above

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped after inspection is complete
