Fresh Catch

This week we bring you some special edition product from 3T as well as some extremely aero TT/Tri bars, some beautiful shoes from Fizik, and the long awaited direct mount stem from Thomson.

The 3T Olympic Edition components are a very cool way to celebrate the Olympic year, as well as give people a chance to own some extremely rare components. The stem is a 3T ARX Team with Ti bolts, the bar is a carbon Ergonova Team, and the post is a Dorico Team (although it says LTD for some reason) with a carbon tube and alloy head. The components are painted beautifully. If you want them don’t wait to think about it because they will be gone and stock is very limited.

The Thomson Direct Mount Stem has been on more than a few downhillers’ radar for a while now and the wait was worth it. This thing takes sturdy to a new level, yet having the clamps not connected allows Thomson to save a bit of weight also. It’s available in two lengths, 50mm and 40mm.

The Fizik R1 shoes are now available in white! These pictures don’t do them justice, they are simply elegant in person. The R1 comes with Fizik’s Sidas heat moldable insoles which give you a custom fit and unparalleled comfort.

The 3T Brezza II Team Nano bar is a new idea on TT/TRi bar design. Because you spend 90% of your time in the extensions, 3T felt the base bar didn’t need to be so wide, so these are 30cm wide. They are just wide enough to still have control, but much lighter and more aerodynamic than 3T’s standard Brezza II. They are still UCI legal. All these products can be purchased through Artscyclery.com.
