What can I order?
You may order most of the items shown on our online catalog. If you would like to order an item that is not found on our website, please email our friendly sales staff for price and availability.
How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email or fax. Our customer Service Department is open for phone orders 7 days a week. You may call Monday through Friday between 9am PST and 6pm PST and Saturday and Sunday between 9am PST and 4pm PST. How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master Card, Visa card, Discover card, or American Express card. We also accept International Money Orders and Wired Funds Transfers. Please contact our International Department for more details regarding International Money Orders and Wired Funds Transfer payments. Please note that Art's Cyclery may require additional information processing your order.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Art's Cyclery will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Art's Cyclery. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Art's Cyclery will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.
Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
Can all products be discounted?
Not all products are discountable due to pricing agreements required by our vendors and because certain items are already deeply discounted.
Can multiple coupon codes be used on the same order?
Yes, but coupons cannot be combined. For example: if you are using a 15% off coupon code that applies to products from a specific brand while also using a 10% off storewide coupon code, you will not be allowed to combine them to receive a 25% discount.
Can coupon codes be backdated or used retroactively?
Due to inconsistencies between orders where other discounts may have already been applied or because temporary vendor promotions have expired, our policy is that no discounts can be applied retroactively on orders already processed.
