When it comes to making cuts to handlebars or fork steer tubes, don't just grab and hack like a monkey banging a stick. With the Park Tool SG-6 Threadless Saw Guide, you'll be able to make safe, accurate, fast cuts to your tube-shaped alloy components.
After you measure once, twice, three times, slide the cutting guide over the end of the component to be operated on, line up the blade slot with the mark, secure with the integrated clamp, and go to work. The SG-6 will make sure your blade doesn't wander, and after smoothing off the rough edges with a bit of sand paper or a file, you'll have a factory-looking cut.
Designed for metal-specific hacksaw blades, a carbon-cutting blade will not fit in the SG-6. For carbon-cutting blades, please use the Park SG-8.
