The slip-on design of the Factory Glove gives these mitts a low-profile feel. The padding on the palm is perforated to allow airflow to keep your hands from overheating. Silicone accents add grip and a microfiber thumb absorbs sweat.

The Lycra back panel is lightweight and breathes well, making this a very well ventilated set of gloves. Add in reflective piping, 3mm of gel foam, and an ergonomic cuff, and the Factory Glove is tough to beat.
