The rugged, stable folding steel frame sets up easily thanks to the dual adjustable axle supports. Dial each one in or out as needed to quickly install your bike in the trainer. Magnetic trainers are not quite as quiet as fluid trainers, but you'll still be able to hear your favorite training video. There are three separate resistance levels which are adjusted by turning a knob on the resistance unit, or by using a handlebar mounted remote (available separately).
